A LEGO Record Player? Why Not. (Oh Yeah – The Shitty Sound)

People’s fascination with LEGO seems never ending. LEGO video games seem to be huge hits with people. I’m not sure why squashing down Star Wars or Harry Potter characters into poorly animated LEGO-sized pieces is so engaging, but it won’t go away. This has led YouTube user Old Music on Vinyl to make a fully functional, all LEGO (and Technic) record player (via Technabob). The pink platter is not a LEGO piece – this is from The Gear Box.

So how does it sound? Um, not great. But A+ for effort! Check out the insanity below and no, you are not on drugs when you are listening to it – that’s how it is supposed to sound.
