Check Out Where Album Covers in New York City Were Shot

So many album covers are from pictures of the city where the music was conceived, or cities where bands are from. The Beatles’ Abbey Road on Abbey Road, and Pink Floyd’s Animals at the Battersea Power Station in London immediately spring to mind. But what about some of the less obvious ones, and how about a city that isn’t London. The team at Fuse hit the streets of New York City to see what they could find (via Hypebot). What we see are Paul’s Boutique by the Beastie Boys, high school drop out LL Cool J, The Who, and others. For those who like cover art, you’ll like this, so be sure to check it out. Of course, there are TONS that are missing, but it makes for an interesting start.
