Watch! Half Moon Run – Full Circle

Half Moon Run are from the music hotbed, Montreal. They released their debut album, Dark Eyes, to general critical acclaim, and it’s finally reached the ears of PeteHatesMusic. Half Moon Run also caught the eyes, and perhaps more importantly – the ears, of fellow Canuck rockers, Metric, who asked them to open on their upcoming North American tour.

Check out the beautiful tune, Full Circle, below, with its great shimmering guitar effects, driving yet subtle percussion, and nice harmonies. And yes, the video features a full circle…of birds. Watch the band rock out, while someone chops tomatoes on a cutting board. A tomato counts as a circle I guess.
