Watch! The Walkmen – Heartbreaker

There seem to be two constants of late – the Walkmen will release a new video, and the struggle to get my pants on will increase with each breakfast Big Mac I eat. It was only Monday when I was eating 5 Big Macs we showed you The Walkmen’s new video for The Love You Love. Now we have another video for you. Have you heard of spacing things out, marketing team? Let the press die down from the previous video – you don’t want to use up all your press in one short week, do you?

They do. We have a video for Heartbreaker (clearly named after…my ex-girlfriends). The video is a black and white number, with singer Hamilton Leithauser walking around. Ah, low budget – that’s how you make so many videos. I shouldn’t knock it – the only video I’ve ever made is when I tried to stomp grapes on live TV…boy did it hurt when I fell off the ledge.
