Watch! Sigur Rós – Varúð

Is it wrong that I love writing about Sigur Rós purely for the accents over the letters? The keys on an Icelandic keyboard must be awesome. We’ve told you about the odd little video project from Sigur Rós, which featured the first video with people telling you how not to choke. The next installation in the video project is here, and it’s for the song Varúð.

The video is beautifully shot, and features some mountains, with people on them in the distance. They flash some skin morse code, which I think translates to “you should read PeteHatesMusic”, but both my morse code and Icelandic is rusty. I don’t need to tell you that the track is atmospheric and haunting – it’s Sigur Rós after all. Check it out below.
