Listen! The Vaccines – No Hope

The Vaccines are set to play Field Day in London this Saturday, and have increased the anticipation for the gig by releasing free candy for all! a new song to YouTube. The song is called No Hope, and it could serve the the England football theme song for Euro 2012. Yup, I went there. The song is likely to feature on upcoming second album, in which the Vaccines will do their best not to disappoint into the famous Second Album Void. The song doesn’t sound as frantic or catchy as past songs, and the vocals seem surprisingly clear for a Vaccines song. It needs a few more listens, but it seems to indicate a slight change of direction. Check it out below and then post snarky comments to feel better about yourself.
