Listen! The Mars Volta – Noctourniquet / Zed and Two Naughts
On Omar Rodriguez Lopez’s Facebook page, the Mars Volta man has posted a link to 2 new songs from the upcoming album. The songs are joined into one YouTube video, with the first song (Noctourniquet) ending around the 5:40 mark, and the second song, Zed and Two Naughts, making up the second half of the 11:19 video file. Could a song description sound any dorky than that last sentence? The album, also called Noctourniquet, is out on March 27, ahead of the pre-Mars Volta band’s reunion at Coachella (that band would be At The Drive-In if you don’t follow Omar’s musical endeavours). Listen to them both below.
