Watch! Wilco – Dawned on Me (starring Popeye)

Recently, bands have tried incorporating other pop culture or cartoon icons into their videos, creating a unique or humourous collaboration. Weezer and the Muppets teamed up, My Morning Jacket appeared on American Dad, and Paula Abdul teamed up that cool cat, MC Skat Kat (set sarcasm alert to high, Captain). The latest of these collaborations comes in the form of Wilco, with Popeye. The video is an animated feature, although I was hoping for Popeye in real life. You can even see if the Wilco-brand spinach being flogged will come into fruition.
